Living With Depression?

Depression
Depression can have a huge influence on your day to day life. Lying awake at night unable to sleep and then struggling to get out of bed in the morning. Feeling constantly tired and wanting to just curl up under a blanket and hide from the world. Regular aches and pains with no obvious physical cause. Less and less interest in socialising or having fun. There is an overwhelming feeling that life is hopeless and nothing is going to get better. Sometimes this feeling can lead you to have thoughts about ending your life. Often you feel worthless like you can't do anything right and nobody likes you. If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone. Over 300 million people worldwide experience depression. It affects people of all ages and backgrounds. Depression can often be triggered by stressful or upsetting events in our lives such as a relationship breaking down, a loved one dying or the loss of a job or career opportunity.
